Starburst is District 2 Toastmasters Weekly Electronic Newsletter.
The eNewsletter is published Monday mornings and contains information about District, Division, and Area events. Additionally, tips and topics pertinent to Toastmasters are often included.
Submissions to Starburst should be sent to the Newsletter Editor by the Friday prior to that Monday's publication date by no later than 5:00pm.
The Editor does not correct the spelling of names, meeting places, website and/or street address, phone numbers or dates. Please make sure such items are correct in your submissions.
