District Council Annual Meeting

June 1 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm PDT

The meeting is rescheduled to June 1, 2024 (originally was May 11th).


This is the annual District Council Meeting. During this meeting District 2 business is conducted for the year and includes the electronic vote on Alignment Committee report and election of District Officers for 2024-2025.

The agenda includes:

  • Credentials Committee Report
  • Audit Committee Report
  • Profit and Loss Report
  • Trio & Public Relations Manager Reports
  • Alignment Committee Report
  • District Officers Election & District Leadership Committee report

A full agenda and delegate packet will be published 14-days in advance of the electronic meeting.

Who Can Vote?

Voting members of the District Council are the Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education, and the members of the District Executive Committee: District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, the Immediate Past District Director, Public Relations Manager, Administrations Manager, Finance Manager, Division Directors, and Area Directors.

There are no proxy votes.  Each club has two votes, assigned to the one or two officers who register for the meeting by May 30th. Each District officer receives one vote. There are a maximum of three votes per member, regardless of club or District position held.

During the business meeting the Credentials committee will send election ballots to the email address in your Toastmasters International profile. Please register for Zoom and update your TI profile email address by midnight on May 30th.
