The purpose of this workshop is to help potential Club Coaches understand their role in the Toastmasters club.
Are you looking for an opportunity to put your communications and leadership competencies to work?
Do you want to expand your experiential learning by practicing essential Pathways skills?
Taking on the role of Club Coach puts your skills and competencies of persuasion, training, planning and leading to work. Led by Jim Heeren, DTM, PRA you will learn how to organize an effective strategy to revitalize clubs to put quality back in their meetings and rebuild back to charter strength. Jim believes that quality clubs attract new members, and coaching clubs is the most rewarding role that Toastmasters offers.
The club’s success in achieving Distinguished status will be personally rewarding in your Toastmaster journey and you will receive District Leader credit during the current promotional program. This is a rare, limited-time opportunity for dual credit for Club Coach AND District Leader credit towards earning your DTM, while still being allowed to compete in contests.
